The Association meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds. It was founded in 1970 to meet the needs of poultry exhibitors in Victoria. The Association represents forty three affiliated clubs and societies and has a membership of approximately 500 people. These clubs and members support more than 65 shows across the state during the period April to August. |
